What if my item was shipped and my country or region is holding it?

You are responsible for knowing the postal rules and restrictions of your area. Once an item is issued a tracking number we are not responsible for lost packages or delays.

What if I enter the wrong address?

We are also not responsible for the entry of wrong shipping addresses at check-out. If they are caught in enough time before a shipping label is created it can be corrected. Please Email updated address to support@jrohomeandbody.com as soon as possible.

How long do I have to wait for my package?

Depends on where you live. This a small business, so your orders can take up to as 3-5 business days to process. We currently ship majority of our orders Monday-Thursday. After your order is shipped they can take up to the standard shipping time (7-10 business days) for you to receive your items. These day ranges are based upon if you are living within the U.S. It could take more time for shipping internationally.

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email alert with tracking. Please refer to tracking number for updates on your order.

Can I return my items?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Please note all items cannot returned. Please refer to the Return policy for ineligible items. 

We are not responsible for damages or melting of a product caused when shipping. We are also not responsible for the entry of wrong shipping addresses at check-out.

If you believe your item is defective, you did not receive your order, or have questions about your order please send an email to support@jrohomeandbody.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for response.
